NDMeal

At NDMeal, our approach to nutrient-dense, bioavailable meal creation is a collaborative effort between R&D and our chef(s). Creating recipes is challenging due to the numerous variables that need consideration at every step. This project will progress in steps, with each milestone requiring proper evaluation before moving on to the next.

  • The first year of operations will focus on recipe creation, production, and customer satisfaction.
  • Year two will focus on sourcing and testing (which will require funding).
  • Year three will focus on potentially opening our own production facility.

How it's made videos

Every step in creating and preparing our meals will be video-documented for complete transparency into NDMeals’ day-to-day operations. Videos are posted on our social media platforms daily or weekly.

Continuous Search for Nutrient-dense foods:

We will update this live table for all to see and use. Current nutritional values are taken from the USDA and equivalent institutions. We will provide a second table once we have values from our own lab testing. (Year Two)

Farm Visits Year Two:

My goal is to engage with farmers, verify practices, survey land, collect samples, establish partnerships, and negotiate. Post videos on channels for uncensored, unbiased transparency, revealing all business practices.

Lab Test Every Harvest - Year Two:

Our ultimate goal is to lab-test every ingredient we can find to offer maximum nutrition per calorie. Food and supplement companies that do lab tests often do it only once and never test again, which deceives consumers in more ways than one.

The need to partner with or open our own food science lab will allow us to handpick the best ingredients from different farms, locations, seasons, and ripeness stages, among other factors. A perfect potential partner is CWCLabs, owned and operated by Mike Adams.

Funding for lab testing will be evaluated after one year of operation.

Research & Development:

I anticipate a three-year learning curve before achieving our goals. Perfecting recipe creation, production, sourcing, testing, and ensuring customer satisfaction will require time.

Assembling the perfect team will also be a gradual process.

Production:

Outsourcing the production of our meals frees us from the expense and time it would take to launch a kitchen, especially since I have no experience in this field.
I have established a relationship with a production facility in Italy. They will source the ingredients, cook, freeze-dry, and package our meals.
The first year will be spent perfecting the recipes from conception to consumption.

Fulfillment and Logistics:

The fulfillment of orders will need to be discussed further. Options range from outsourcing to a fulfillment center, partnering with a company such as Health Ranger Store, opening an office in the U.S., and so on.

Picturing our NDMeals with Words:

Imagine a velvety soup with the comforting texture of a classic hot tomato soup. Picture the delight of discovering chicken chunks, reminiscent of flavorful chicken noodle soup. Now, imagine savoring the flavors of tikka masala with every sip. A mouthwatering delight of sipping and chewing to satisfy your hunger. The thermal tumbler ensures this delicious 32 oz soup stays hot for hours and hours, allowing you to enjoy it all at once or savor it throughout the day. One meal a day for nutrition and the rest of the day for pleasure-what a dream!

  • Each NDMeal is sealed in a Mylar Bag.
  • The label features a picture of each ingredient and its quantities, along with its total nutritional values, allowing your eyes to guide you to the right soup for you.
  • Tear open the package and pour the contents into a 32 oz thermal tumbler.
  • Pour boiling water over the soup mix.
  • Stir the contents and close the lid.
  • Wait for 5 minutes, then sip.

A Meal for Everyone at Every Stage of Life

At each life stage, the body’s nutritional needs vary extensively, and the possibilities are limitless. NDMeals aims to continually create a diverse range of recipes to address as many individual differences as possible. This is an ongoing effort, and as time progresses, our extensive library of nutrient-dense ingredients and recipe goals will offer a wide array of flavors to choose from.

We can even go as far as offering a meal based on your health needs: Autism, ADHD, cancer, anemia, weight loss, weight gain, detox, cold/flu, genetics, stomach ache, hangover, jetlag, etc. The possibilities are endless and Possible!

I don’t see limits; everything is possible, and finding the solution is my specialty.

The Science Behind Freeze-Drying

Freeze-drying today is nothing like it was 20 years ago. Long gone are the days of cardboard, stale, yucky freeze-dried food.
With today’s freeze-dryers, you cannot tell the difference between fresh and freeze-dried food.
Whatever the food tasted like before it goes into the freeze-dryer is exactly how it will taste once it’s reconstituted.

Video testimonials on social media platforms will help others change their minds about freeze-dried food. Count on it.

When it comes to preserving nutrition in foods, freeze-drying is second best to freshly prepared.

Freeze-drying using nature was first discovered by the Peruvian Incas in the 13th century and has since been used to feed astronauts and make medicines.

Nutrition:

Freeze drying maintains nearly all of the nutritional value of fresh food. Other methods of preservation, such as canning and dehydrating, use high temperatures that destroy much of the food’s value. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]
